Fabian Johnson Headed to Alexandria Court

Johnson, extradited from Georgia, is charged with the Oct. 30 murder of Bob Cory McNeely in the 1200 block of Wythe Street.

 

Fabian D. Johnson, who is being held without bond, is scheduled to appear in the Alexandria General District Court for preliminary hearing on the murder charge against him on Jan. 18, 2012, at 11 a.m.

Johnson is charged with the Oct. 30 murder of Bob Cory McNeely on Wythe St. It was Alexandria's first homicide of the year.

Additionally, Chief Judge Becky J. Moore set trespass and failure to appear misdemeanor charges pending against Johnson for trial on Dec. 14 at 9:30 a.m. in Alexandria's General District Court.
