The Henry Fattens Its List of Retail Tenants

A Fiat dealer pop-up shop and Domino's Pizza join the recently opened Salon 46. With three vacant spots left to fill, what would you like to see there?

Condominium property The Henry is adding to its roster of retail tenants who will join long-time staples Starbucks and LA Boxing.

In addition to the recently opened Salon 46, Domino’s Pizza and a pop-up shop by automobile manufacturer Fiat have joined the condo located at N. Henry and Fayette streets in Old Town.

The Henry recently was The Monarch apartment building but converted to condos last year.

Salon 46 opened in late July, the Fiat shop in September and Domino’s is slated for a December opening.

Rosenthal Properties has been seeking tenants to fill the remaining three spaces in the building.

What would you like to see there? A restaurant, boutique, dry cleaners or something else?

Oh, and one that's actually opened on weekends and past 4PM on weekdays.

What is a pop up shop--as written about in the blog above? Anyway, I agree with the deli idea or a small carry-out with bread, eggs, milk, etc.--basics and good lunch meat--could be a winner considering the building that's going in to this area--
