Perhaps ripped from the script of a forthcoming Garry Marshall movie, one woman has taken to posting signs across Old Town looking to connect with a gentleman she met at The Light Horse

Identified as OldTownCourtney on Twitter, the woman met a guy named Ben at The Light Horse on King Street the evening of Dec. 23 while she was out with some friends. She left the bar without giving him her phone number.

Filled with regret, she then went full-on “Love Actually.”

On Tuesday, signs began popping up around King Street and OldTownCourtney’s efforts quickly went viral. She gained follows and retweets from NBC Washington’s Angie Goff, Alexandria’s Convention and Visitors Association, the Alexandria Aces and many more late Tuesday afternoon.
