What are the keys to the band’s success?
Band Director Brian Thomas says, “Hard work, dedication and private lessons. Many of our students strive to music at the highest level possible and either take private lessons, or come in for help/enrichment after school.”

What keeps the kids motivated and engaged?
Thomas shared that "motivation comes through the desire to be able to perform on a higher level and play more complex pieces. Students also motivate each other to do better and become more proficient."
Thomas said, "The students were elated when they found out they placed 2nd and received superior ratings!"
Kudos to the Whiz Kids in the TC Williams High School Band!
