Bittersweet Cafe Celebrates 30th Anniversary
The cafe and caterer at the corner of Alfred and King streets celebrated with a "fiesta gigante" complete with a mariachi band.
Bittersweet Cafe and Catering hosted a trifecta of fun last week.
The cafe celebrated its 30th birthday, Mexican Independence Day and the birthday of one of its regulars, Miss Ann.
To get the party started, the cafe hosted guest chefs from Mexico City, featured a special Mexican Independence Day menu as well as a mariachi band.

The cafe also plans to host a pop-up Mexican restaurant beginning Oct. 2.
