Mini-Spa Opens at Bradlee Shopping Center in Alexandria

Massage Heights offers a variety of massages and facials and is open seven days a week, until 9 p.m. on weekdays.

After seeing recent openings of The Fresh Market and Zoe's KitchenBradlee Shopping Center has added another new business.

Massage Heights
is located at 3642 King St. in Alexandria, in a corner spot next door to Zoe's Kitchen and formerly occupied by a florist. The company is based in San Antonio and is expanding across the country with local independently owned and operated franchises.

Massage Heights, which opened on Monday, Feb. 10, is offering a $59.99 introductory massage and $69.99 introductory facial for members and first-time guests. Massage Heights also offers discounted services for those who purchase memberships. 

Massage Heights uses (and also offers for sale) products from dermalogica. The business is open seven days a week. The hours are Monday-Friday: 9 a.m.-9 p.m., Saturdays: 9 a.m.-7 p.m. and Sundays: 10 a.m.-6 p.m.

This is the third Massage Heights to open in Northern Virginia. The others are in Falls Church and Woodbridge. The company has about 100 stores and plans to expand to 500 within the next five years, according to a news release. It was founded in 2004 in Texas.
