West, Lane & Schlager Negotiates New Deals For Three Clients In The D.C.-Area Market
November 12, 2013 (Washington, D.C.) – West, Lane & Schlager Realty Advisors, LLC, a Washington, D.C.-based commercial real estate brokerage firm that exclusively represents tenants, announced today that it has negotiated new leases on behalf of Global Services, the Free Congress Foundation and Ingber Dental.
In the first transaction, Tommy Fuge, an associate with West, Lane & Schlager, represented Global Services in a multi-year lease extension totaling 2,490 square feet at 1401 14th St. NW.
Global Services delivers winning strategies for every stage of marketing to the government, such as analyzing opportunities for its clients, helping them obtain a GSA Schedule, and building their self-sufficiency in federal contracting.
Additionally, Fuge represented the Free Congress Foundation in a multi-year lease relocation for 1,861 square feet at 901 N. Washington St. in Alexandria.
A non-partisan think tank and advocacy organization dedicated to helping solve some of the nation's biggest challenges, the Free Congress Foundation is moving from its current Alexandria office at 1423 Powhatan St.
Finally, West, Lane & Schlager Principal Eric West, LEED AP, and Andrew Genova, a senior associate, represented Ingber Dental, a leading cosmetic-dentistry practice, in a multi-year lease restructuring of 2,474 square feet at 2021 K St. NW.
