The City of Alexandria has free mulch available for pickup for city residents at 4215 Eisenhower Ave.
The mulch can be picked up between 7 a.m. and 3 p.m. Monday through Saturday.
Orders can be placed for delivery until July 1. Dates and times for delivery are limited and available on a first come, first serve basis.

There is a $40 delivery charge for a half-truck load (3 cubic yards) or a full load (6 cubic yards). Deliveries are made only on weekdays and available only for city residents.
