Project Discovery Alexandria Poetry & Tea
The event, sponsored by the Alexandria Project Discovery Advisory Board, will feature author Donna Britt; Joe Gorham, WHUR Radio Personality and Host of "Spoken Word", Poets Shelly Bell and Sheryl Robertson and poetry by T.C. Williams High School Students. Light refreshments will be provided.

Project Discovery prepares, motivates and provides Book Scholarships to low income and first generation college eligible students to access opportunities in higher education.
Through workshops and trips to college campuses, Project Discovery provides vital information about how to set and achieve educational goals.
