Other Comments (courtesy of Friendship Veterans Fire Engine Association): This year's event celebrates the 239th anniversary of the founding of the Friendship Fire Company in 1774. As such many activities will revolve around the fire service, kids fire helmets, the firehouse will be open, fire trucks will be on display. A cake cutting ceremony will be held at 11 am.
