TAG Day: Your Chance to Support TC Williams Band Program

This Saturday, Sept. 21, is TAG Day--your chance to show your support for the TC Williams Band program. Please answer when students knock on your door seeking your tax-deductible donations. If they miss you, they'll leave a tag on your door explaining how you can donate by check or online. (That's why it's called TAG Day!)

Your donations help support all the TC Williams bands: wind ensemble, symphonic band, concert band, jazz bands, and the marching band. Your funds are used to supplement ACPS support for things like uniform maintenance, instruments, music and equipment, private lesson scholarships, and of course, this year’s SUGAR BOWL trip!

Learn more about TAG Day and Sugar Bowl preparations with this YouTube video.

If students don't make it to your house (Alexandria is a big city, after all), you can still show your support for the band by making an online tax-deductible donation. Students will also be out again on Saturday, November 9, tagging in neighborhoods they just couldn't get to on September 21.

See the Marching Titans debut their show at halftime of TC's home football

game starting at 3pm the 21st. And enjoy the Wind Ensemble in performance with the top chorus and orchestra groups on Wednesday, October 30, at 7:30pm in the auditorium at TC Williams High School.
