Alexandria Democratic Committee Jefferson Jackson Event & Silent Auction

This year, there will be a  new format to the
Jefferson-Jackson experience, one that will emphasize the unique nature and experience of living and working (and voting!) in Alexandria.  
Introducing the Best Chef Alexandria!  During the evening, you will be able to sample some of the best culinary delights Alexandria has to offer and get up close and personal with some of the fine proprietors of Alexandria’s restaurants. 

You will have an opportunity to talk with elected
Democratic officials – and maybe get a chance to see them harness their inner chef as food is served throughout the evening!  

In addition, there will be a presentation of the Grassroots
Award to a stellar ADC volunteer.  The Grassroots Award is given to recognize an outstanding Democratic volunteer who has worked in the trenches to support the Democratic Party, improve our community, and elect Democrats.  (This nominated person may not be a current elected official,  ADC, 8th Congressional District or Democratic Party of Virginia officer, but may be a precinct captain).
