Why Does Alexandria STILL Allow D.C. Residents to Attend ACPS Public Schools?
Has the ACPS school board done anything about the residency loophole in Alexandria?
Saw the above Washington D.C. water bill on the ground outside Lyles Crouch recently when dropping my son off for school. Name has been blacked out for privacy reasons. Former School Board member Mimi Carter made closing the residency loophole a part of her plank when she ran but, has the Alexandria School Board done anything about this since? After all, do D.C. residents pay to send their kids to our public schools?
