Crime Report: Assaults, Stolen Property and Restaurant Rage

The following arrest information was supplied by the Alexandria Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

The following information was supplied by the Alexandria Police Department to www.crimereports.com. Additional details about the most recent crimes were not available at publication time.

January 27 – A woman reported that unknown suspect/s broke into her storage area and stole some of her personal belongings. The incident occurred in the 500 block of Slaters Ln. at 1:09 a.m. The case is pending.

January 26 – An assault was reported in the 500 block of First St. at 3:16 p.m.

January 25 – A victim was assaulted by a close relative who was upset that she would not help him find drugs. The incident, which resulted in an arrest, occurred in the 300 block of Wythe St. at 4:35 p.m.

January 25 – An assault was reported between two or more people in the 900 block of N. Henry St. at 1:50 p.m. The case is pending.

January 25 – A victim reported that a known subject approached her and spat in her face and mushed her face with his open hand. The incident occurred in the 900 block of N. Alfred St. at 12:26 p.m. The case is open.

January 23 – An arrest was made for an assault between people who had a prior relationship or were known to each other. The incident occurred in the 200 block of Buchanan St. at 7:20 p.m. 

January 23 – A victim reported that unknown suspect/s stole a UPS delivered package from her front door at her residence in the 300 block of N. Payne St. at 10:46 a.m. The case is pending.

January 22 – A victim reported being assaulted by a patron of a restaurant in the 800 block of S. Washington St. in regards to the occupancy of an open table that several customers were waiting for. The incident at 10:09 p.m. The case is open.

January 22 – A victim reported that two subjects entered his cab and one of them began assaulting the victim by punching him in the face. The victim was able to flag down the police and both subjects were arrested for assault. The incident occurred in the 100 block of King St. at 6 a.m.
