Police Reports: Stabbing on Wythe Street, Assaults in Old Town

Sept. 7

4:44 a.m. — An arrest was made for assault in the 900 block of Wythe Street.

Sept. 6

7:10 p.m. — An arrest was made for assault in the 600 block of N. Patrick Street.

6:28 p.m. — An arrest was made for a drug offense in the 1000 block of Montgomery Street.

1:51 p.m. — A theft was reported in the 100 block of N. Union Street.

12:30 p.m. — An arrest was made for a drug offense in the 1300 block of Madison Street.

Sept. 5

10:58 a.m. — Graffiti was reported on a traffic sign in the 200 block of Gibbon Street.

Sept. 4

1:07 a.m. — An unknown suspect stole a victim’s vehicle as he was being distracted by an unknown subject in the 1000 block of Cameron Street.

Sept. 3

9:14 p.m. — A theft from a vehicle was reported in the 1600 block of King Street.

5:12 p.m. — A locked bicycle was reported stolen from a rack in a garage in the 500 block of Holland Lane.

Sept. 2

8:10 p.m. — An iPod was reported stolen from a vehicle parked in the 1600 block of Hunting Creek Drive.

7:30 p.m. — A theft from a vehicle was reported in the 1700 block of Carpenter Road.

5:41 p.m. — A vehicle was reported stolen from the corner of N. Lee and Princess streets.

2:07 p.m. — A vehicle was reported stolen from the 500 block of Princess Street.

12:53 a.m. — A victim was found in the 1200 block of Wythe Street stabbed several times by an unknown suspect or suspects in an incident with no known witnesses. The case remains open.

Aug. 31

10:07 p.m. — An arrest was made for assault in the 200 block of S. Washington Street.

4:09 p.m. — An assault was reported in the 1200 block of Madison Street.

Aug. 30

5:21 p.m. — An arrest was made for a drug offense in the 1200 block of Wythe Street.

11:49 a.m. — A theft from a vehicle was reported at the corner of N. Columbus and Princess streets.

Aug. 29

7:46 p.m. — An arrest was made for assault in the 100 block of N. Washington Street.

6:14 p.m. — An unknown suspect stole five residential radiators from a construction site in the 700 block of S. Lee Street.

3:44 p.m. — An assault was reported in the 300 block of N. Columbus Street.

1:25 p.m. — An assault was reported in the 1200 block of Wythe Street.

2:06 a.m. — A breaking-and-entering incident was reported in the 600 block of S. Henry Street.

12:10 a.m. — An arrest was made for public drunkenness in the 100 block of Royal Street.

Aug. 28

2:46 p.m. — A breaking-and-entering incident was reported in the 700 block of Ford’s Landing Way.

6:45 a.m. — A motor scooter was reported stolen from the front yard of a home in the 200 block of N. Payne Street.

3:27 a.m. — A traffic stop in the 1000 block of N. Henry Street resulted in an arrest for driving under the influence.
