Report: T.C. Williams Students Suspects in Taking 'Upskirt' Photos of Teachers

One student has been charged with unlawful photographing of non-consenting person, a class 1 misdemeanor.

Four students at Alexandria's T.C. Williams High School are suspected of taking "upskirt" photos of their teachers, The Washington Post reported Tuesday. 

The students reportedly took inappropriate photos of two teachers by holding their phones under the teachers' skirts and in one case attempted to take video that didn't record. 

One of the incidents took place on May 15, the Post reported.

According to the story, four students were involved, but only one has been charged. He has been charged with unlawful photographing of non-consenting person, a class 1 misdemeanor.

A witness reported one of the incidents to the school's Dean Rene Cadogan.
