Finances, Development, More Expected in Brief 'State of the City' Address

Alexandria City Mayor Euille will deliver the 2014 "State of the City" address Tuesday evening.

Alexandria Mayor Bill Euille will deliver the annual State of the City address at City Hall Tuesday evening.

The annual speech outlines what the city has accomplished in the past year as well as what challenges the city faces in development, finances and other areas.

The address starts at 6:45 p.m., just before the regular City Council legislative meeting at 7 p.m. in the Council Chambers at City Hall, 301 King Street.

The State of the City event is open to the public, but it will also be broadcast on AlexTV (channel 70 for Comcast customers).  A live webfeed of AlexTV is available here
