We'll review the types of stress and how they relate to mind-body wellness. You will learn how to handle stress on the go, transition from a stressful day to a pleasant evening/weekend, add buffers to counter stress, and how to make an escape from stress. We will use techniques such as breathing, imagination, awareness, perspective, and positive psychology approaches. Instructor: Gary Goodwin.
