This monthly workgroup focuses on practical methods for handling Bad Stress and Good Stress on-the-go and during quiet moments. We'll explore a variety of methods including guided imagery, meditation, passive muscle relaxation, biofeedback, and others. We'll also look at how our minds push us towards stress and away from relaxation. We'll discuss Cognitive Therapy, The Sedona Method, the Work of Byron Katie and more.
