The World Peace Wishing Well, modeled after Yoko Ono's "Wish Tree," was such a hit at our Holiday Open House on Dec. 4 that we've decided to extend it through the end of the holiday season!
You can color a picture of what world peace means to you or write your wish down on a slip of paper. Then attach a Peace Blessing Ring and toss your wish into the wishing well. The Peace Blessing Ring is used in place of coins (we're not asking for donations, the wishing well is entirely free) and ensures that your wish falls to the bottom of the well. At the end of the month, we'll take all the wishes to the Christmas Pathway of Peace on the Ellipse in D.C. and burn them in the Yule Log in front of the National Christmas Tree.
