I have been a walk in each time I have stopped by Royal Nails and always been served immediately except for one time when I had to come back in a few hours. However, I found the husband and wife team to be very cordial and did not find the review "little desire for walk ins if it interferes with repeat business" to be a valid statement. In fact, they have gone overboard to accommodate me, even when I had my dog with me! I stop in approximately one or two times a year for the last 3 years.
