The importance of preserving medieval arts and history is made apparent by The Foundation for The Preservation of Medieval Arts and History. Through educating the community and students K - 12, this non-profit organization is able to fulfill its mission "to utilize the talents of artists to help sustain the community and to forge cooperation between community, local government, business and charity to the benefit of all." 

The non-profit runs a program called Knights to Schools, which teaches students about medieval history with a feast and medieval productions. It performs at its location, other venues and schools.
