There's no shortage of trendy eateries in the area, but Vermilion bypasses the flash-in-the-pan spots by delivering quality service and upscale, award-winning American food. Inside, exposed brick walls, weekday happy hours and a lounge atmosphere (complete with live performances from local musicians every Tuesday and Wednesday night) entice a youthful crowd to indulge in an extensive wine and cocktails list.
