Aug. 30 – An assault with a deadly weapon occurred at S. Henry St. and Wilkes St. at 8:58 p.m. Aug. 29 – Shoplifting occurred in the 400 block of King St. at 2:32 p.m. Aug. 29 – A man reported that a known subject assaulted him when he attempted to notify a mutual friend that his vehicle lights were on in the 2300 block of Mill Rd. Aug. 28 – Police approached a subject who was suspected to be tampering with vehicles around the 500 block of S. Columbus St. The subject was confronted and eventually arrested for police assault, resisting arrest and obstruction …
