Red Barn Mercantile Relocating in Old Town

The shop will move into the King Street spot recently vacated by Arts Afire.

Red Barn Mercantile is moving to a new spot in Old Town and is marking down most of its merchandise before it relocates. (Kids In Distressed Situations), Current Boutique will give customers 15 percent off their purchases if they donate gently used suits for Suited for Change, and Red Barn Mercantile will offer free design advice all day, craft for kids and 20 percent of sales from the day will go to Habitat for Humanity of Northern Virginia. My plan was to visit three of our local boutiques: Zoe, Lou Lou Boutique, and Red Barn Mercantile. When I scored a prime parking spot on King Street, I suspected it was a sign that it was going to be a good shopping day. Or so hot that nobody else was leaving the house. I thought I might purchase a giftcard at …
