Police Arrest Suspect in Stolen Ring Case

Police last week arrested Cedric William Earles for the alleged theft of a $25,000 ring stolen from King’s Jewelry in July. Earles was arrested through cooperation between the Alexandria Police and the Metropolitan Washington D.C. Police departments. Earles, 50, was arrested at his residence in Washington and was charged with grand larceny. He is being held in Washington pending extradition to Alexandria. Cari Stribling, who works at the shop and whose father owns it, told Patch she is "very thankful on the progress that's been made in the case." Stribling added that Alexandria police Det.
