Did someone call for Chinese take-out? Moo Shu Pork is a great dish I always order and a perennial take-out favorite. This was my second time making this recipe and it is amazing and authentic tasting. I love Moo Shu and this really hit the spot for me. I grew up on Long Island, N.Y., where my appreciation for good Chinese food started. We are so passionate about our Chinese food there that a debate still continues to this day, whether Gam Wah or Mr. Wongs had the best Chinese food.
