About Carolyn
Carolyn Semedo is a work-life integration coach (among other things) living in the DC metro area with her husband and three kids (two in elementary school and one in pre-school).
An entrepreneurial mom with diverse work-life, Carolyn has more of a portfolio career. She coaches individuals and small groups through her business Apply Within, the work-life integration hub (sm) she created for individuals seeking creative work solutions that work for their whole life.
As an extension of that work she also leads the DC Working Moms, a web-based community of working moms in the DC metro area who share struggles and successes in their daily work and home lives.
She's also the founder and chief Enterprising Mom at The Enterprising Moms, a community of women who are growing businesses while growing families (sm).
In addition, to writing the Green and Simple column for the Old Town Alexandria Patch, she's also reviving her blog, Eco-Active Family, which inspired the Green and Simple column.

Thanks, Tara! I see Sharon responded on Lunchskins. For all reusables, including bottles, the question you ask is key. Bad design can make cleaning a chore!
