With more than 9 years as a Metropolitan area real estate professional, Catherine Jouet has a diverse understanding of home sellers, buyers and investors in the North Virginia and Washington, D.C. markets.  Through her ancillary renovation, rental and related experiences, she has a cultivated a keen understanding of the residential marketplace and an extraordinary network of building, banking and other professionals.

After residing in Washington, D.C. for 10 years where she developed a solid base of experience helping first time home buyers in the Metro area, since 2006, she has focused on the Northern Virginia market.  Upon joining Keller Williams Realty in Old Town Alexandria in 2010, she has focused her business on Arlington, Falls Church, Del Ray and Old Town Alexandria.

Jouet and her family - 2 children ages 7 and 3 - reside in the Waynewood neighborhood near Mt. Vernon where she is active in the schools and the community.
