Profile/Bio

My entire career has been spent in the sales and service industry. My background includes 5 years in the advertising field and over 20 years in various senior retail mgt positions. The last 5 years have been spent as a real estate salesperson in the Denver and Alexandria/Arlington markets. I grew up on the east coast and have longtime family ties to the Northern VA area. 

My area of specialization has been the resale of residential properties with an emphasis on the home seller. In addition, I have worked extensively with first time and repeat home buyers. I pride myself on being data and demographic ally driven which greatly benefits my clients-especially home sellers. Real estate transactions are more complicated than ever before. Providing the detailed knowledge, collaborative guidance and delivering the highest levels of service has been the cornerstone of my success. I am committed to a successful and mutually beneficial outcome to each and every transaction. 

In late 2011, Catherine Jouet and I have formed a company, The Selling Edge focusing strictly on the home seller. Our experience, knowledge and instinct tells us that home sellers need an advocate. The Selling Edge plans to be that advocate by providing the detailed information, guidance and strategies to successfully navigate today’s real estate market.
