Lululemon, Yoga + Running Gear Store, Coming to Old Town

Store will likely open in summer or fall, according to Washington Business Journal.

Lululemon, the national retailer that sells yoga clothes and running gear, is coming to Old Town, according to a report in The Washington Business Journal.

The store will be located at 700 King St., the intersection of King and Washington streets, home to Cosi, a national chain restaurant offering a cozy spot for salads and sandwiches. The article noted that Cosi is closing. The building is owned by Douglas Development Corp.

A Chicago Tribune article published in June stated that Cosi was moving to close its company-owned stores in favor of mainly franchise stores. The article also noted that Cosi faced competition from Panera and Jimmy John's.

The new Lululemon store is expected to open in summer or fall later this year, according to the Washington Business Journal article.
